ProgramHub

ProgramHub is a custom analytics web application built for a marketing agency to track LinkedIn campaign performance. It enables admins to upload scraped LinkedIn data (profiles, posts, comments) via CSV and visualizes key metrics over time. Interactive charts allow comparing the selected period to the previous period, helping measure campaign effectiveness.

Key Features

User Roles & Access: Secure session-based authentication (Passport.js) with two roles: Admin and User. Admins can create and manage user accounts via invite links and have full access to upload and manage data. Regular users have view-only access to the analytics dashboard.
Data Management: Admins import LinkedIn campaign data through CSV files. This includes client profiles, target audience, and competitor profiles, along with their posts and comments. Re-uploading the same data refreshes metrics (like counts and comment counts) to the latest values. Only admins can modify data, while users can only view the dashboards.
Analytics & Visualization: The app automatically computes and displays metrics like impressions, engagement rate, likes, comments, earned media value, and more using interactive charts. Users can select custom date ranges (30 days up to 5 years) and compare the current period with the previous period to visualize changes in campaign performance.
Tech Stack & Design: Built with React and TypeScript on the front end, and Node.js/Express with MongoDB on the back end. The UI is styled using the Shadcn UI component library. I implemented the full-stack architecture and handled the UI/UX design, resulting in a polished and responsive interface.
